I lost 2.9lbs in 2 days!! Yesterday I worked my butt off and didn't eat as much as I should have but I was full for the day! I'm officially at my "lowest" since after having Declan. I'm 2lbs away from the 160s!! woohoo haven't been that since my wedding!

so far i did the biggeset loser for wii
lower body 29 minutes
yoga 18 minutes
core 23 minutes

when DS goes to bed I'll do my Power90 sculpt and abs

happy to report that I'm now down 11lbs from my start. Chat Icon

I walk with the baby in the stroller every night, drastically cut carbs, switched to whole grains, and drink about a gallon of water a day.

I'm noticing a difference in the hips/butt, but nothing in the waist yet Chat Icon. i'll keep trying!!

nicole that's great!! i gotta get back into the groove of walking with declan. I get off from work at 5 so i have to stop being lazy when i'm done and get out! i do work out during the day though. are you just walking and you lost that much?? i'm jealous!!

No change here Chat Icon I did 30 day Shred 6 out of 7 days. I walk for 2.5 miles everyday with my ds in the stroller and 21lbs dd strapped to the front of me and I didn't lose anything Chat Icon I even bumped my walking up this week. I just don't get it. No change in eating. This happened last time too. I hit a point and I can't lose anymore I thought I had another 5 lbs to go until that point but I guess not. I am going to bump up to level 3 shred and see what happens next week.. I guess I should be happy I didn't gain but I am still mad.

ate some crap I shouldn't have today but didn't really eat anything else all day. Just worked out for almost 2 hours. I'm hungry but I'm going to drink some water and go to bed. Today will be better but I'm pretty sure I haven't gained anything. Maybe just stayed the same

Maybeamommy - dont be disheartened - its SO hard...I know.

I had a disaster of a weekend eating wise so will have to reign myself in big time today - we had guests who bought loads of treats and I couldnt help myself. I did keep up with walks though so maybe.......we will see at the end of the week.

omg this weekend was the WORST and i CONTINUED to make bad choices (can we say ice cream 2 days in a row??) i weighed myself on the wii and it said i was UP 1.5lbs from yesterday. i'm sad i just have no will power

I haven't updated lately. Last time I posted was week 4 and I lost 2.2lbs. I was switching my weigh in day though so they didn't record that weight for me. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to really weigh in with them because I was switching from a mon to a sat. Sooo my 4th weigh in was actually 3lbs. My 5th weigh in was 1.4lbs.

For a total of 9.2lbs.

6/2 I'm 172 now so I lost a little over 3 pounds since last week. AF is coming though :( i'm going to try my best to work out during AF but I can't make any promises!! haha

Girls, I am really struggling Chat Icon I weighed myself today and was 143.5. I started at 146, so that is down 2.5 from the start.

But on Monday I weighed myself and was 141.5 and I have NOT eaten badly from Monday to today!! Yesterday I weighed myself and out of 6 times, the scale said 143, 141, 142, 142.5.

Today it said 143.5 5 times in a row. So I don't know if it is me, or the scale. On Monday it also gave me different values. So I need a new scale I think. I don't know if this 143.5 is actually accurate. If it is, then what I'm doing isn't working.

Granted, I only ran once last week and did kayaking once, and today I ran. So my exercise has not been great. But shouldn't I be able to lose weight with diet alone? Or is my lack of exercise really affecting the loss?

Any advice would be great. I REALLY would love to lose 15-20 lbs by August since we want to book a trip to Punta Cana and I would LOVE to wear a bikini.

Glinda, I would say ditch the scale to start with. Also it has been HOT the passed few days. That means more water intake so the scale will read higher. Since warm weather causes swelling in addition to what you drink.
Personally I need to exercise to lose weight. I can't just diet. Try to be active daily even if its just going for an evening walk. Every little bit helps. Just stay focused and don't beat yourself up. The weight will come off and you will look smoking in your bikini Chat Icon Chat Icon

Janice, a pound a week is perfect Chat Icon Chat Icon Keep it up. I do 30 day shred and eat right and so far so good my milk hasn't dropped too bad. I thought it had but it was a growth spurt. Just make sure to keep drinking your water Chat Icon

Thank you! Chat Icon I find that the scale totally keeps me accountable and I need to know my weight to keep myself in check. The whole reason why I think I gained in college was that I just ignored my weight and didn't make myself accountable for what I ate. Now I weigh myself a few times a week and even if I maintain or gain, I feel better knowing, rather than wondering how I'm doing.

I stayed the same this week which is fine by me (I had 3 parties over the weekend!)

Plus I had to get a new scale. We had an old dial type one and it was way off I think. We got a new digital one that does .2 increments. This one seems much better so I will be more accurate.

On to next week!

I want to try and lose another 5 by June 26th (my 5th wedding anniversay!!)

Then my goal after that is another 8 by July 21st (we leave for vacation that day!)

Everyone is doing so well!!

Of course it was one that you can't change the battery on so I had to get a new one. I got a Thinner one from BBB and it weighs to .5 of a lb. I can weigh myself 3 times in a row and it will give the same weight each time Chat Icon

Oh, hahaha! I thought you meant ditch it altogether! That makes sense. we're going out of town tonight so I'll get one on Sunday or Monday. Does BBB have a good selection? Our BBB is far away and Target is closer.
