Gerty for all that you have been through, this is truly so unfair. You are so strong and I know you and your little one will make it thru. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayer!
You know miracles do happen. My co-worker's water broke at 18 weeks!! She was left with the tiniest bit of fluid, and they were just going to let everything happen naturally unless there was infection. SHe was on bed rest - and everyday the baby hung on and grew and was strong- Drs thought then baby would not survive. AT 27 weeks they performed a c-section - there were complications but she is now a healthy 1 year old!!
OMG, I am just reading this now. I am so so sooo sorry that Gerty is going though this. The power of prayer is amazing, and I will certianly be praying for her and her wee little one. I can't belive in my heart that this baby will not survive. He will be a tiny miracle. Believe that Gerty. Hold on baby boy. Let momma keep you warm on the inside a bit longer, I promise SOON you will get to snuggle with her, but wait til you are strong enough okay.
