Update on Me - 3rd Beta
I know I promised ihilani a  if I had good beta news but I still have "inconclusive" baby news.
So, here's the deal....my 86 from wednesday nearly doubled to 161 today. So I have to go back in for ANOTHER beta on Sunday (They wanted Monday but I will be in Atlantic City until Tuesday and they dont want to wait that long).
So I cant celebrate yet, but yet I'm not supposed to give up hope yet either
I know Gerty is good at not blowing smoke up my azz...some realistic opinions would be greatly appreciated....
My ER was 2/9 and ET was 2/14.

So are you basically 18 DPO?
From betabase, it says that the lowest reported beta was 7, median 401, and highest 6234.
I don't know what to think!

Great news that your beta is doubling!!!! Honestly, I would be cautiously optomistic right now. Anything can still happen, either way.

Again, it really does not matter that the #'s are on the low end of the spectrum - the actual number is completely meaningless. What matters is the numbers double every 2-3 days, which yours are. Of course it doesn't mean you are out of the woods - even if you had astronomically high numbers it wouldn't mean you're out of the woods, as the 1st trimester is the most precarious of all, but it IS a good sign. I would be cautiously optimistic if I were you

I would honestly think those were good numbers. They did double, right? Or at least extremely close to it. If the number was more like- 110 I would say not to be too optimistic, but I think you have every reason to be hopeful!
