UPDATE on our offer!!!
Ok, holy butterflies in my stomach, but we just submitted our offer of $265K on the townhouse I was telling you all about, I'll let you know how it goes, fingers crossed!!!
Update:
They came back with a counter of $273K, so we countered back with $268,500 which is half way between the 265K and 273K, so hopefully they will consider it, we really can only go to MAX of 271K, but we are so close, its not even funny. I'll find out late tonight or tomorrow and of course I'll let you girls know. Thanks again

we checked them out and honestly we fall into homes that are extremely tiny or homes with a ton of work so we both decided a townhouse was better for our needs.
