not yet, I'm going to call the agent tonight, they have an open house this weekend so they may wait on it to see if they get any bites at the open house. I think $265K was a very fair offer and if they flat out say no, they we can even counter, but I'm hoping they will. The real estate agent said they may need us to come down tonight a sign the offer being it was over the phone because I work in NYC.
