Thanks for asking! Drs say she is going to get better. She is still in ICU and had the respirator removed for fear of infection because it was in so long. They gave her a Trach and a feeding tube for now...only temporary. She is not sedated any longer, so she is alert and tries to communicate with us the best she can. We still have a long and winding road, but it seems to be leading to recovery, which is all we could ever ask for.
