Update on that accident outside the circus this weekend
Nobody was killed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Unfortunately, they are all seriously hurt. It appears to be the mother, with her daughter coming from the circus was hit by the teenager.
The teenager has been charged with DWI. 
I am still furious over the fact that the circus didn't utilize the entrance with the traffic light. This **may** have been avoided (although that f*&^er was drunk!) The town of Brookhaven hasn't heard the last from me.
And just a few blocks away, 12 hours later, a 20 year old was killed when he was speeding down the road and got into a one-car crash.
This is right down the road where a teen died a few weeks ago. Something has to be done!

ITA!!!! I'm so relieved that no one was killed. I will continue to pray for the mother and daughter for a speedy recovery.

This stuff happens b/c there's no consequences. Serioulsy, check out my post on my traffic court experience today. Maybe I'm still angry about the things I heard people trying to fight and justify, but if our county leaders don't enforce punishment then we only continue to have chaos. That's what laws were SUPPOSED to do, eliminate chaos and it's not happening b/c apparently if you drive without a license they'll just lower the fine for you. Really, what can we expect?

I am constantly on my brothers a ss about not driving like an idiot. He just got his license in Feb and with the number of young kids/teenagers i see in accidents it makes me sick to think that one of them could be him or my 15 year old sister.
I'm so glad to hear that no one was killed in the accident!!
