We have 1 yolk sac!
There was something else on the screen but Dr. said it was way behind and had no sac which would indicate a vanishing twin.
We go back next week to hear the heartbeat.

i had this too - first sono around 6w we saw a healthy heartbeat and one small sac that was already measuring small. was blighted ovum for us (not vanishing twin - the sac actually never disappeared and was seen by my ob at 20w scan!!).
anyway i ended up with one healthy DD. congrats!
