Update to my ER story---
So I called Patient relations.... told the woman the story... needless to say she was HORRIFIED..... she said she will take this as far as she possibly can to make sure that this NEVER happens to anyone else... she also is making sure that I dont get a bill (at least not from that DR).... she took my name and number and I am waiting to here back from her... I will keep you all updated!

Good for you! Definately write down the whole night in detail- I know you did for us but if it does go to the medical board, they will need it.
