Update to my video monitor breaking!
I have the Summer Infant Best View video monitor. It stopped turning in one direction and I only had it a couple of months. Well, I had originally called Summer Infant and they were more than happy to replace it free of charge, but I had to send the broken one back first and then they would ship out a replacement which would take a total of almost 2 weeks. Well, since I'm now spoiled with being able to see her, , I thought that was way too long to not have it. So, I called Target.com up since that's where I purchased it and it was under the 90 day return policy so I'm able to get a replacement through them. The best thing is that, they have already shipped one out and it's on it's way and when I receive it, I can then return the broken one to the store!!! So, I don't have to be without one! I am shocked that they did this for me. Summer no longer will ship it out before receiving the broken one anymore. I am VERY happy!

I am so glad that Target was able to help you out. I am having issues with my Summer monitor too but don't want to send the broken one back without some replacement in hand especially since I have the video in BOTH boys rooms
