I've always told people to just drink our water -- that it is the best water! And I've gotten so many responses basically saying "i would NEVER" -- So, I'm glad to see that the test shows what I've always known - that we are very lucky to have such great drinking water.
No more wasting money on bottled!!

Evian is marketed as mineral water, isn't it? Most of those 2287 particles are probably minerals, which isn't necessarily bad. I think it makes the water taste funny, but it isn't false advertising.
ETA-- I kinda want to get one of those things now.! At least to test my water pre & post Britta, at different times to see how effective the filter is as it gets old.

Just found out that Aquafina water is filtered through a Reverse Osmosis system and that's the reason the water rated so good.

Yes, there is a tiny amount of sodium, in some.. . .Dasani, maybe. . .my DH thinks I'm crazy that I can taste it. I assume sodium counts in the readings, I don't know.

I remember that. I don't like the taste though.
I am not sure what to think about the findings.
Can someone explain?
I can't drink tap water because of the taste. I really can't.
I was raised on Evian for YEARS. But that was overseas.
I am now on Poland Springs because I like the taste. Is that a "good" water?

Correct just tap water but filtered through one of the best filtration system, Reverse Osmosis...

I've read that Aquafina is tap water from the good ol' city of Detroit Filtered, I'm sure, but it's still tap water.

This makes me feel better that I drink so much tap water. I get bottled water when we are out, but at home drink tap all the time, which is the majority of what I drink.
It tested much better then some of the bottled waters, so that makes me feel good.
This would be a great science fair project, btw.

One thing though...
My tap was 063 ppm and I was over Lastchance1222 house last night and tested her tap and it was even better 044 ppm.
