UPDATE: YAY! Abby's home!!!
Good news!! Abby was released today and she is home and sleeping comfortably! (Of course, WE won't be!!) Poor thing really went through the wringer the last few days. Aside from some diarrhea and some wooziness, she seems OK.
After the MRI nightmare yesterday, we were told that she didn't even need one after all today. So relieved. We will be taking her to our doctor tomorrow and next week, she'll go for an overnight video EEG. No one knows why this seizure happened...which is good and bad I suppose. Maybe next week will bring some more info.
The nurses and doctors were all laughing at this kid...they've never seen anyone not sedate with all that stuff in her body! One nurse nicknamed her, "Wild Woman" which is what I call her anyway! I've started calling her "The Unsinkable Abby C....." 
Oh, and as for me? My repeat sono confirmed what we pretty much knew and my D&C should be Friday. As a result, the wine is DEFINITELY flowing over here!! Onward and upward!
Thanks again for ALL of your support--I never thought I'd be the generator of one of these 8 page "Update" threads...but it has definitely shown me why I love this website!!

i am so happy to read this update!!!!!
I have to tell you - a close friend, her brothers' new baby had almost an IDENTICAL issue not 2 weeks ago (they live in MA)... Seizure out of nowhere (she's 3 months old)....and the ambulance drivers didn't even want to take her because they told the dad that it happens sometimes with babies...
She went into the hospital and came out, much like you - with NO answers as to why....
