to me, this doesn't sound like cheapness. A new needle literally costs a couple cents.... and it comes from overhead costs at a hospital or clinic.
This sounds pathological. I bet this guy is not mentally sound... like he gets a rush by secretly putting his patients at risk. The patients were put at risk on purpose.... likely for cheap thrills.
I hope no one caught something really bad like hepatitis or AIDS 
He should be arrested.......

There was an anesthesiologist that did something similar a few years ago. I don't know for sure, but in that case the guy used the same vial of medication without changing the needle. For example, he would draw up the meds, give it to me, oops I need more meds, so restick teh vial with the same needle. Now to save money or not to waste meds, didnt throw that vial out and did the same thing with other patients. Totally disgusting. This guy better lose his license!!

I just saw this on news 12 and it is horrifying. It scares you to wonder if anyone else is doing this too. I believe on the news they mentioned the doctor's name as Finkelstein. I only caught the segment half way through, but I know one of the posts someone asked for the name. How terrible! Why do they allow someone like this to continue to practice?

One of the ladies I work with just came in and told us he was the Dr. her husband has ( I should say HAD) an appt. with in 2 weeks to have Trigger Point Injections!
I don't get how they can still let him practice ..who knows what other things he's done or does

As a 52 year old man in practice since 1981, there MUST be a reason he has been doing this and I find it hard to believe it is all about saving $. He must be trying to injure people or have some sort of vengence. I find it hard to believe it was lack of knowledge or just plain cheapness, I think it is much more than that. He needs to be prosecuted.

I'm just shocked at how the health dept. handled this. Scary if this is how they handle(d) other cases. I'm hoping their protocol changes.
