UPDATED:(crashing) but figured you ladies can help w/ a sonogram ?
I am not pregnant or TTC...but had to have a vaginal sonogram for an issue...the test was not painful...but about an hour after, my lower back started to really hurt...i attributed it to the test...it is now a week later..and i still have this pain in my back...very hard to get comfortable & i am like an old lady when i get up from a chair..called the radiology place, they told me to call my DR...waiting to hear from him...anyone else have anything like this and for this long??? TIA!
UPDATE: well my OB/GYN just called...and told me the sono came back normal & that the pain shouldn't be from the test...thanks again!!

i've had plenty of internal sono's and never experienced any pain during or after...IMHO i don't think it's from that. def see what your doc thinks...feel better

I definitely don't think it's from the sono.
I've had like a MILLION internal sonos and never had any back pain.

Re: (crashing) but figured you ladies can help w/ a sonogram ?
It's the freakiest thing...i went to the test, came home, sat at my desk and did some work & the pain started...i didn't do anything like lift something heavy or workout...that's the only reason i am thinking it was a result from the test??? ETA i have an oddly tilted uterus...not sure if that is a factor..haha

haha...no...but with the pain I'd like to kick him! He keeps telling me to see an allergist...that is his answer to everything.

What was the issue that you were having the sono for? (you don't need to write it here if you don't want... ) but could it be something related to that?

What is an allergist going to do? OMG I am cracking up!!! Let's ask Jeff-maybe you can light a fire inside your house too-that is his answer to everything!
Some things don't change!
I would see your primary for this. If you need PT, I know a good place in HB!

haha... a fire would be nice!...i always complain about being tired...i have allergy like symptoms...so when i complain (which is often...haha) his automatic answer is "go see an allergist"...so now it is a joke..i have been to an allergist who said i do not have any...also had a blood test for them...negative also..so my nose just apparently is always inflamed for no reason...miss you guys...but not the smell of lighter fluid!

Miss you too! Yeah, I won't let him live down the lighter fluid in the fireplace. He still maintains that was a great idea!

Re: (crashing) but figured you ladies can help w/ a sonogram ?
I have a bad back and sometimes my back bothers me after the sono (esp if it's a long one), but it's generally right after and doesn't last for that long.
I hope they figure out what is going on.
