I was wondering if this was something that could happen...I swear I've been having pregnancy symptoms for at least 6 weeks, yet when I went in for my first sono, they said I was only just barely 6 weeks...maybe even 5w5 or 6 days...I really feel like I have been pregnant longer than that...based on my last menstruation I should be like 9 weeks. I know I was irregular, but off by 3 friggen weeks?!?!?!
I'm sorry you are going through this stress. I don't understand...to get pregnant you shouldn't have stress. When you get pregnant you shouldn't be stressed. Yet the entire process from TTC day 1 to the day LO arrives, seems to be pure stress!!!
Please TRY to stay calm, and we will all  with and for you!!!! Best of luck and keep us updated!!

from the beginning my daughter was always a week behind......they never had any concern as long as she was growing they said I was ok. but she always measured smaller then what she should have been.....
when i got to around 30 weeks....she always measured 4 weeks behind they sent me to ultrasounds once a week until 39 weeks and i was ALWAYS told again and again by every darn tech that I had..wow this is a small baby, wow this baby will be like 5 pounds...etc etc...
my GYN said she was growing, but was just always behind so thats why i needed the extra ultrasounds. anyhow, she came out 7 pounds 4 oz ....so i think as long as the baby is growing, sometimes the measurements can be behind and not always be accurate
hang in there and stay positive!

Thanks everyone for all the wonderful support. Everyone has made me feel much better. Today I am more hopeful and optimistic. I'm hoping that it took a few days to fertilize and then a few days to implant and that's why the baby is measuring smaller. I feel good that it had the appropriate amount of development from last week to this week. Also, I was born a week late and was only 5lbs 11oz and my mom was also around 5lbs so maybe my family makes tiny babies (easier to deliver!!)
This pregnancy stuff is so stressful!! It's hard to enjoy, although I guess after 12 weeks it gets better.
Again, I can't thank everyone enough for taking the time to reply and send prayers and words of encouragement, just makes me want to cry all over again (but for a good reason this time!!). I'll update after my next appointment.
