VEAL CUTLETS ---
Every time I make them they are so tough. I bread them and fry them like chicken cutlets ... Any suggestions?

Marinate them in butter milk first. Don't cook on high temp. Bring the meat to room temp before you start to cook them.

also... where are you getting them from? They always seem tough from the supermarket I think, I will only get them from the butcher cause of that!
