Vegetable smoothies with no or little fruit
spinach, kale, tomoatos ( I know thats a fruit but I use them in my vege juices) garlic, cilantro or basil and blend! tastes like gazpacho

spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, and apple
SO good!! There is a juice bar in Carle Place, Nice n Natural, that juices and does smoothies, wheatgrass shots, organic supplements, etc. Worth looking into!
