Vegetarian Cookbooks?
I'm not looking to be totally vegetarian - but I do want to start pulling away from eating so much meat. I'm looking for some high protein/low meat meals (and a way to convince we don't need to eat meat every night  )
Anyone know of good vegetarian cookbooks? Or anyone have a similar lifestyle?
