Veggie Crumbles
I bought some last night at Whole Foods. Do you just cook them as you would meat? I was thinking of using them in a veggie/ rice stir fry...

I LOOOOVE these.
I use them in the place of ground beef in chili, tacos, stuffed peppers, casseroles...
My kids actually prefer chili with Boca Meatless Crumbles OVER turkey or beef chili!

Do you think they would come out well if it was sauteed in olive oil with diced onions, lots of garlic and spices? I would serve it with peppers ( also sauteed) and brown rice.

Veggie Crumbles
UPDATE: So I stirfried with lots of garlic/onions and seasoning. Then served it over stirfried peppers/ mushrooms and brown rice. It came out really and was a big hit with DH
