VENT! Frustrated with Holbrook!
Is it me, or are there hardly any houses on the market right now?
I can't seem to find a house.
Only been looking for about 2-3 months, but right now we're at a stand still! Just waiting on the sidelines for something to come out!

I am sorry you are going through this but since I live in Holbrook Im glad to hear there arent too many houses for sale in the area!!  that is a good thing!!
I bet in another week or 2 some more will pop up!!

I don't think it's just Holbrook. We're in the same situation, but have been looking longer. We get email updates from REA daily, but it seems like there are very few new houses; just price reductions to ones that have been on the market forever. 
I think maybe people are holding on to their homes hoping values go back up.

I know how you feel, we felt that way all winter and everyone told us April would be a big boom of new houses and there really wasn't. But something popped up for us suddenly. It'll happen.

I'm SOOOOOO not the patient type!
I just don't want to live in an apartment anymore.
I want a dog with a yard and all the goodies that go along with it! (well...not the payments..HA!)
