vent...sure most can relate - but anyone have tips?
I have dinner reservations for 6.....and I ate a big sandwich at 1 and am still full....
and i did the worst thing too..i took a nap...so it's not like i've worked up an appetite, kwim?
I hate when this happens!! there is no magical way to feel less full, is there?
ps: this must show how much i enjoy eating, huh?

Watch the Food Network for awhile. I swear, I could put down half a tray of pasta, watch an hour of the Food Network and be hungry all over again.

lol no trick i know of... but sometimes when i still feel full, once i get to the restaurant and smell the food its like im magically starving...
i would def just stick with an entree if youre still kinda full... or even get an app as an entree!

Look at it this way: reservations at 6 means you will not start eating till 6:30 the earliest, more like 7 actually. Make sure to pend extra time studying the menu!

This is usually what happens to me too. I do like the apps for dinner idea though.

chew gum! I think it's supposed to get your stomach juices going and it may digest your lunch faster!

Do this or read a food blog with lots of pictures. Works everytime.

My co-worker always says this. It's worth a shot. Also, what about having a cup of coffee to help you digest? Or maybe starting dinner with a glass of wine - alcohol always increases my appetite.

Have a cigarette and a coffee and head to the bathroom. That makes me lighter.
