Verizon FIOS is FINALLY in our area
We scheduled the install for December 26, for a 1 - 3 appointment. No one has to be home for when the Verizon man comes either. 
We get a choice of a 20" LCD TV or a $200 best buy gift card. We're going with the TV.
We got the triple play and the box that we can record in one room but watch what was recorded in any room that we have hooked up.
I can't wait. I sure hope the Verizon man isnt a jerk  Do you think I should tip the guy 
For those who dont know, DH is a Verizon FIOS tech and he'll be the one who does the install work for our FIOS

whew I was worried till you said your hubby is a tech! Good Luck with the install! I have it 1 year now and love it! And as soon as I get my Free TV I am getting the multi room DVR too. I cannot watch "live" TV so the multi room will be perfect for me!
