Verizon Fios (triple play)
anyone have Verizon for their TV, phone & web service??
They keep calling me to switch and are giving me a better deal than Cablevision but I am not sure of their service.....
is it worth switching???

Both my sister in her apt. and my parents at their house recently got it and have no complaints at all. They keep telling me to just get it!

I just got it last month so I can't really talk about their reliability - it's been fine so far.
But you reminded me that I need to start calling and complaining about getting my free tv and $20 gift card. I've heard from a lot of people that it takes a long time to get them, if you get them at all.
The only problem I had was that they didn't include call waiting, call ID, and voice mail with my phone services even though it was included with my plan. I had to call twice before it was "added" to my account.

I just switched from cable to verizon last month and I love it. The tv picture is much better and the internet is faster. I had verizon for phone before and there's no change to that. I just love verizon. I haven't had any trouble since the installation. I will say that installation took ALL day! Literally 8am - 4pm. It was a long process but it was worth it in my opinion!

Holy cow...SAME SITUATION HERE! Never got my $200 gift certificate and I couldnt figure out for a month why my caller id never worked nor my voicemail.
