I have a few over ripe bananas...any quick & easy recipes to share? I'm not much of a baker!

Re: Very ripe bananas
i usually do banana bread or simple banana cookies with 2 ripe banans, 1 cup oatmeal and about a handful of chocolate chips. mix together and spoonful of cookies on tray and fork them flat. then bake for about 15 minutes at 400. i can get exact measurements.
