Very Urget - Foster or Adopt?
This was posted on my FB. Wanted to share:
**VERY URGENT!! PLEADING FOR HELP TO SAVE HOMELESS CATS, LEFT BEHIND BY OWNER IN LYNBROOK, LONG ISLAND!! CAN ANYONE FOSTER?** In less than one week, the neighbor that feeds the cats left behind by his abusive neighbor will be moving. He has begged for help but has not been able to find a home for three previously indoor only cats, now forced to live on the street. When the man was evicted, the cats were found living in DEPLORABLE conditions: NO LITTER BOXES, NO FOOD, ....filth and garbage everywhere!! The kind neighbor had all the kitties neutered and completely Vet checked. They are LOVING and SWEET YOUNG MALE cats who will have NO FOOD SOURCE in less than a week. They now sit waiting outside and soon the neighbor that feeds them will not be able to return to make sure they are fed. THESE CATS DON'T DESERVE THIS!!!! Please, if you can foster even just ONE of them, you can save a life!!! SHARE EVERYWHERE!!! Critically urgent to find fosters or homes in the next few days!!! TRANSPORT TO ANYONE ON LONG ISLAND is available!!! Please help!!! CONTACT:BARBARA ANN. [email protected]

Re: Very Urget - Foster or Adopt?
Has he tried bringing them to a shelter? I bet All About Cats in Freeport would find space!!
I WISH I could help but with 4 cats and a baby on the way, there's just no way.. but my heart aches for those poor kitties.
