Video Monitor or other 'spying' device for two kids.........
in separate rooms?
The only time I used the monitor w/ Sean was in the summer when the ACs were on and the doors were closed - being that all of our rooms were on the same floor -
we're renovating the 2nd floor and Sean and baby 2 will go up there ........so I need something I can spy on BOTH of them with .......
What do you all use??
TIA !!

I have the Summer Handheld Day and Night. I then got a second camera for Tyler's room.
If I had to go out and buy a whole new system I would get the Summer Best View

I have the Summer Best View and I can add a second camera if I need it later on.
It is digital so neighbors can't accidentally get my signal and see my DS or hear us on it.
It also zooms in and can rotate left, right and up/down.
I can't live without my video monitor!

I have the Summer Handheld Day and Night, --- do not get this one.
THe second camera doesn't work with mine, although it's supposed to. It causes interference in the 1st camera.
I called Summer and their response was "well, that happens sometimes, we aren't sure why".
I am going to be replacing with the Best View at some point...

it stinks you would have to buy a 2nd camera though.

Sorry to hijack, but do you know if this is compatible with the other Summer handhelds?
I have an older model from 2008 and my handheld piece died, but I still have my camera.

The first question is, is your old setup digital? If no, then no. If yes, then maybe. I would go to the website or outright call them.
Digital connection uses different tech and frequencies to transmit the signal.
