What are some vitamins my DH can take?

Dh was recommended to take Vitamin C for count and Pycogenol I read is good for morphology. There are a few others too but I think those are the main ones. I also heard caffeine is good for motility. DH is a huge red bull fan and everything came out real bad except for motility. Go figure!
