Waiting for DH to get home from...
....the hospital!! He got hit in the face at Rugby practice tonight, he's ok but someone accidentally hit him with his head on DH's cheekbone, and it broke the skin somehow...he didn't even realize he was bleeding till someone else told him, needs like 2 stitches maybe. He has been at the hospital since 7:30 and moving room to room, still hasn't seen a doctor

Aww... hope everything turned out ok.
I needed 6 stitches in my finger once, and was there for over 5 hours. I totally understand that people around me in the ER were having heart attacks while I had a cut on my pinkie. But what I needed took a PA a total of 10 minutes to do - why not just send someone over to me to stitch me up? Same with your DH. Hope he made it home soon after you posted!

thanks! he got home around 12:30am, with 7 stitches in his face....he can't shower until tonight, and will get the stitches out on Monday, but he should be able to go to his regular doctor instead of the hospital so that's good. He says it doesn't hurt, but he might get a scar
No rugby for 10 days at least (he has practice tuesdays and thursdays and games every saturday)...
