Waiting Game
So I have to start checking my LH levels on Friday and hopefully I will have a Positive and we can go on Saturday to have a iui done I am hoping for the best. It is my first time doing these so I have no idea what to except. Anyone that can tell me that has been thru these and just give me some insight on what is going to happen and if it hurts ? Thanks :)

Waiting Game
IUI's reminded me of paps. The worst part for me was when they inserted the speculum. Mostly because apparently my cervix is pretty far back. Sometimes they would clean the cervix with a cotton swab. They then insert the washed sperm and you lay there for 10-15 mins. Good Luck!

Yup. It's pretty much like a pap. Once it's over, you're like - that's it? lol

Yup. It's pretty much like a pap. Once it's over, you're like - that's it? lol

Agreed! If you are taking any meds they seem to be the worst part

I had my first IUI on Monday and I agree, pretty much like a pap. I did have some spotting the next day which they said was normal. Good luck!!

IUIs aren't bad at all. You will be fine! After some IUIs I had minor cramping and just took it easy after. GL

Thank you so much ladies. I did my first test today was a little confused with the colors on the stick and the box says to do it on cd14 but Dr said to do it on cd11 so I am doing what the Dr said. I just wish these 2 colors would match so I can go in to do iui

Can't your re test your blood? He should be able to tell you the day for Iui

My re tested my blood on my CD 3 but has not after that i go see him on Monday and I want to see what how next step is....
