Waking up dizzy...
I woke up before and the whole room was spinning, it freaked me out cause it never happened to me before, now everytime I close my eyes it feels like I'm on a boat, of course I think the worst and now I can't sleep..... Could it be my allergies? My mom thinks I might be dehydrated from breastfeeding since I don't drink enough water.
Has anyone gotten this before? TIA.

Maybe you could be dehydrated.
I have low blood sugar and sometimes I wake up dizzy sometimes. If it happens again, try drinking a glass of oj and see if it helps.

I would go and get your blood pressure checked out. It could be low, thus causing the dizziness. Feel better
