Waking up so early

Why is DD waking up talking and ready to be up for the day at 4 am lately? I am starting to cave in and feed her so I can get another hour of sleep but why is she doing this? She goes to bed same time as usual 8ish and usually wakes up like 6:00, 6:30... Should I start increasing her feedings during the day?

My boys have been waking up earlier too.
It cant hurt to put a little extra formula in that last feeding
