Waking up sore...
This week I started getting some back pains but nothing too bad until this morning. I woke up before my alarm went off and I just felt pain in my mid-section. In my sleepy mind I couldnt tell if it was my belly or my back or what. But I sat up and the pain went away for the most part. Then I laid back down and it came back a little. I was sleeping on my right side when I first woke up, could it be that I was in the same position for too long?

Re: Waking up sore...
How far along are you? It could be a growth spurt and the muscles stretching..
Or, the infamous gas bubbles that are very painful!

I'm 15 weeks and I have been waking up in terrible pain, on my sides, in my upper rib area, my back....it stinks....I sometimes think it's from laying on my side for too long also, who knows...

Re: Waking up sore...
Thanks girls! I am 19 weeks along. The thing is that I havent had those growing pains that feel like AF coming in a loooong time and when I sat up, it went away almost like the weight was on my back even though I was on my side.
