Yeah I don't understand the Wolves. Just mayhem. I'm not sure why they feel the need for all the destruction - it's not like they wanted Alexandria (or else why do the trick at the cannery)? I hope Morgan realized at the end that his way isn't going to work with the Wolves.

i think they just cause destruction and chaos for the sake of it. They want ordinary people to catch and kill, they are so caught up in the way the world is now that they're animalistic and not human any more.
they obviously are organized since they attacked and diverted the group, but i'm not sure they're any more put together then that.
Remember the guy said as he ran off 'we didn't have a choice'.. so they're basically what happens when humans go wild?
or at least, that's how i see it

I think this too. I thought it when she walked into Carl's house, I was so afraid she was going to hurt the baby!! At least she may have been a part of that group at some point. She may have tipped the wolves off that the majority of the able-bodied defenders of that group were out of the settlement for the day.
ETA - I am sooo tired of Morgan's "let everyone live" nonsense. I'm glad he seemed to come around at the very end but
I want him to be a badass! And Carol as usual saves the day.

When Carl and Enid were hiding out and talking in the house they said how hard it would be to protect the whole community with all of the blind spots and Enid says "that's how we...." then catches herself. I'm assuming she was going to say that's how we(as in Wolves) got in or something like that.

The actress was on Talking Dead after that episode and she said she wasn't part of the Wolves. And wow - she looks totally different when wearing makeup (although a little too much makeup IMO).

There are so many things. She often went out to the woods, maybe to meet them and give them info.
When they were attacked by the Wolves, she didn't seem upset or alarmed.
The fact that they attacked when Rick, Daryl, and Glen, etc (The strongest guys besides Carol) were gone. Alexandria was an easy Target- also orchestrated by Edid I think.
She also was saying to Carl something along the lines of "It was easy for them to do this, too many openings. We....." and then she stopped.
I could do on. But it could also be the producers trying to keep you on your toes.

I know there are all these theories that he could still be alive...but come on. How?? They were completely surrounded! It wasn't just a few walkers near them - there were hundreds.
I'm devastated about this whole thing...but I feel that if they have him survive at this point, it'll be a cop out because how could anyone survive that? I think when The Talking Dead said he'd be back in some way or another, I'm thinking flashbacks and maybe they go back to find him and he's a walker.

There is absolutely no way he is dead. Nick fell on top of him and got ripped apart. I betcha Glen is going to climb under the dumpster and hide out. Everything is way too shady with the interviews, no Talking Dead send off, and the camera angle. They wouldn't do that to an original at this point in the show.

Definitely a crazy episode. I think he's definitely dead. It would be too ridiculous for him to have survived it. (recognizing I'm speaking of a zombie apocalypse).

I sobbed.
Like, HEAVING sobs. I had said to DH at the beginning of the episode - like I ALWAYS do - "Glenn and Maggie and Carol can't die; they're my favorites and I won't be able to handle it" haha stupid me.
The last time that happened to me with a fictional character was...

As unfathomable as it may seem, I'm 99.9% sure that he is not dead.
He is an integral part of a huge story line that occurs in the comics and from what I've read, this story line will also play out in the show at some point soon.
My theory for his escape is that he will be so covered in Nichols' blood/guts, that it will mask his human scent (like when Carol covered herself in blood to infiltrate terminus). He will then be able to run through the crowd of walkers or roll under the dumpster and something will happen to lead the herd away, enabling him to get away. Totally preposterous, but could still happen.

I said the same thing to my husband about his scent being masked once he's all covered...I think he'll survive too. They didn't actually show him being eaten - at that angle, it could have been Nicholas on top of him...
