wanna diagnose me
I have had a dull ache in my very low right side of my back, just above my butt cheek. It radiates to the side and even my lower abdomen. My back feels really tight and my stomach feels very full. It is just my right side. Any ideas what could cause pain in this area? I am going to my gyno tuesday for a sono to see if it has anything to do with a fibroid or cysts. If nothing comes up I will make an apt with my regular dr. I am almost 4 months post pardum and also wondering if it could have something to do with my C-section. Any ideas?????

 Do you think it could be muscular, like maybe you pulled something?

It could be but its been about 2 weeks now so not sure.

Oh, hmm.. Well you're going to your doctor in a few days so at least you'll have a better idea soon. It sounds really uncomfortable!! 
I'm doing alright.. very impatient and ready to lose my mind!! I'm trying SO hard to hold myself together but after so much disappointment it's hard to believe there could be a light at the end of the tunnel!! 
If I don't have good news next week, I think I'm moving to Siberia

Odds are fibroids and cysts would not generate back pain. I get both and never experienced back pain from them, esp even after my csec. Sounds to me more like sciatica.

Hmm, I discovered just 3 weeks after having my second child that that pain in my lower back was due to a kidney infection!

Was thining the same thing, kidney infectin, try drinking cranberry juice. You will need a sulphur pill to clear it up.

do u have flat feet? do u get the pain when ur walking or standing after 10 min or so?

I would say something back related maybe sacrailiac but with the abdomen issue I would think it's something gastro or kidney.

Sounds like it could be a kidney stone or a UTI, but its hard to say for sure especially with the recent c-section and all. Its a good thing you are going to see your doctor just to make sure.

So I went to my reg dr. They think its muscular, but sent me for an xray to make sure. Should find out today. I am going to get a pelvic sono next week to make sure everything is ok in that area. Still in some pain but now it spread across the entire lower back not just the right side.
