Washing couch cushion covers?
Has anyone washed microfiber cushion covers? I'm getting a new sectional delivered and will be giving my couches to a friend. I was thinking of washing the covers before I do. Will I ruin them?

I did! Turn them inside out and wash in cold water, gentle cycle. Then, hang to dry. Do not put them into the dryer. They were fine, no shrinkage or fading. Also, do not overload the washing machine. I washed them in batches.

So happy to hear that! I know, I was nervous when I first decided to do it but I figured what the heck they couldn't look any worse by washing them (my 80 lb. lab likes to lay on this couch, LOL!).
Glad they came out great!
