Washing your towels?
How often do you wash your towels that you use after a shower?

I'll use them three times and then wash- DH, on the other hand, refuses to use the same towel twice.

I don't keep track, but the hamper is in the bathroom. I do laundry (or DH will do it) about 2 times a week, and we take the towels from the rack, regardless of how long they have been there.

I change the hand towel in the bathroom every other day, the kitchen towel twice a week (I do all of my cooking on Sundays for the week). Bath towels about four times. DH travels a lot for work so he might only be home two or three days a week some weeks.
Between the sheets and towels it's one load. I do three to four loads a week. DH is very good about not using something for 5 minutes before he throws it in the hamper.

2 times. I use "my" towel 2x and Dh uses his 2x before they hit the hamper.

Usually around 3 days - I change them on Wednesdays and Saturdays and do wash over the weekend.

i wash mine every time..maybe 2x max if were short on towels. I'm surprised b y all the 5+ers. I guess it makes sense..how dirty cna it get, you use it when you just got out of a shower. But I've alwyas been a 1x user

Me too. If we washed them every time we'd have a ton of wash! Often we both shower twice a day--once in the AM and once at night after the gym.

3 days, I have this fear of bacteria from the moisture staying on the cotton too long. and if the towel gets really soaked then it goes in right away.
