Waxing questions

The hair above my lip has become darker in certain areas and more noticeable at least to me. I've been afraid to wax it, but I really want to do something about it.

For those who wax, how often do you get it waxed?

Do you go to a spa type of place or just a nail salon?

Does the hair grow back thicker and darker?

How long does the hair have to be before you can get waxed again? Do you just pluck hairs that grow back more quickly?

If you have sensitive skin, do have any issues with waxing?

Is there a better alternative? I know there's laser hair removal, but I'm not ready to take that plunge yet.

Thanks!

i tweeze in between so i go about every 4 to 6 weeks.

for my eyebrows i have been going to my nail salon for years. i went to my hair dresser once for my eyebrows and i walk out with my eyebrows swelling.. it was horrible.
for brazillian i go to a spa. i went to maximus for years.

Does the hair grow back thicker and darker?
i has grown back darker in some areas.

How long does the hair have to be before you can get waxed again? Do you just pluck hairs that grow back more quickly? i could probably go every 2 weeks, but i tweeze in between so i can get away with going less often.

If you have sensitive skin, do have any issues with waxing?

i am hoping to one day have laser on my face.

Re: Waxing questions

I have blonde hair but I still feel it's noticeable. I got to European wax center for my other waxing so I asked them to do it.

It was good, didn't grow back in worse but I find I break out after the waxing. It's a tough spot to keep clean for days after since I wear makeup.

I just ordered this of Amazon. tinkles razor

It was recommended by the blogger maskcara. I probably will eventually laser it, but this might work until I do that.
