Way too easy recipes... add yours!
------------------------------------------------------- Mix together in 11x9 casserole 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix 1 8 oz bottle French dressing 1 can chunky style cranberrry sauce
Toss in 6 chicken thighs. I seperate the skin a little from the chicken and push some of the sauce in. Cover and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, spoon sauce over chicken and bake another 30 minutes uncovered. I serve it over white rice. -------------------------------------------------- I remove the backbone from a whole roaster chicken. Here is a great video showing how to do it with cooking shears
I spray the bird with pam spray and sprinkle onion, garlic, rosemary and paprika powders on both sides. Black pepper too.
I cook the bird in a non-stick pan with a lid over medium heat. Put a little oil in the pan so it doesn't stick. I cook for about 20 minutes both sides and it is good. I check it with a thermometer.
I got this from a website.... cook for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown and has a nice crust. Finish cooking in the oven for a further 20 to 25 minutes. Internal temperature between the leg and thigh should register 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, when cooked through. ------------------------------------------------------ Two whole tomatoes. I cut the stem part out with a little knife and scoop a little extra out. I squeeze it to remove any seeds that I can get out. I put about 1-2 tbls pesto sauce in hole(I keep a jar in my fridge and it lasts a LONG time). Then I put either feta or gorgonzola cheese on top. Put in pan with a little oil on bottom so they don't stick. Bake 350 about 40 minutes. They are SUPER hot on the inside so be careful when taking them out, I usually use a big spoon. ------------------------------------------------------- One flank steak Jar of artichoke hearts Jar of roasted peppers 4-5 cloves of garlic minced (DH and I love garlic) block of Feta cheese
Layer ingredients down center of flank steak. I have butterflied the steak and I have not, makes no difference. Roll it closed. A lot will escape, but that is ok. I sew it closed with a metal BBQ shish kebob skewer and then stuff all the stuff back in that fell out. I used to tie it shut with roast string and that was a pain in the butt.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes for medium rare. ------------------------------------------------------- Katie Couric's Lemon chicken I serve it over white rice. --------------------------------------------------------

Take 6 chicken breasts, dip them in egg wash and then coat them with 1 cup of crushed French's Fried Onions. Place in baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes at 350.
************************************************
Cut 2 lbs chicken tenders into 1-inch pieces and saute until cooked. Meanwhile, defrost 1 boxes of frozen spinach and drain. Add spinach, 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes and 8 oz. of crumbled feta cheese to pan and serve (alone or over rice).
************************************************
Cook 1 box of Rice-a-Roni's Spinach Rice according to directions. In skillet, saute 1 lb Italian sausage (hot or sweet) with 1 diced green pepper. Add 1 15-oz. can of diced tomatoes and cooked rice to skillet and serve.

Re: Way too easy recipes... add yours!
you need a slow cooker for this. buy a thing of pork (i don't know if it's a shoulder or whatnot), pour two bottles of bbq sauce over it, add 1/2 an onion. cook!

ETA: Title: Chicken Caesar Tetrazzini
8 ounces cork screw pasta uncooked 2 cups cooked chicken cubed 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup Caesar Dressing 1 jar sliced mushrooms drained 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and combine with chicken, broth, dressing and mushrooms in a in a 2-quart casserole. Mix together cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle over spaghetti mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
Made this last night - really EASY. I used fresh mushrooms. Next time I'm also going to add broccoli. And instead of bread crumbs and parm cheese on top - I'm going to crush Ritz crackers.

Chicken Salsa Rice
Cooked chicken (leftovers, rotissary) add favorite salsa to warm. Serve over rice.
If you want to eloborate: -Add corn and black beans. -layer with soft tortilla shells and cheese -serve in tacos
====================
My boyfriend said he wanted pork chops - not being a big pork eater...
Sauteed one small onion w/ garlic (not a bad start) Added raw pork chops to pan with tomatoe sauce (just tomatoe sauce - not pasta sauce) and 1/2 cup water until cooked (I don't like crunchy meat) Added some mushrooms, and pork gravy Served over egg noodles
