We are officially home owners!
We had our closing yesterday!! We are so excited and exhausted. We had to go to the lawyers office at 2 to sign all the paper work then off to Jersey City to meet with the former owner and his lawyer (and of course the realtors). We were supposed to be to the second office at 3:30 but we were an hour late. Oops! Thank fully it only took about 1/2 hour there then we were off tothe new house! We had a car full of stuff that we wanted to start moving in. We met my inlaws there who (thankfully) brought us pizza and a folding table and chairs. It was a very exciting and emotional day. Here are a LOT of pictures that were all taken before we got the house so the previous owners stuff is still in there.
Warning, there are a LOT of picutres!

it is lovely!! I lived in a townhouse for years & LOVED it! Congrats! It looks like its big & will be just beautiful when you decorate it.

We moved to Bedminster, NJ in November so we have been here a little over a month. Oh you need to transfer your license and car within 60 days of moving here otherwise you need to retake the road test. Ugh.

Thank you but he is my nephew! That was my sister in the pictures, not me. DH and I were away when the inspection took place so my dad and my sister, and my nephew, went to the inspection.
