We closed!
I'm so happy this process is over already lol. I have to say, the closing table felt like Sunday dinner with all the people and noise lol. Closing only took about an hour and couldn't have gone smoother!

And no, this wasn't the oil tank house. lol That home actually closed 2 weeks ago after being in contract for 3 months. I'm not sure how it closed because the last time I looked up the violation # with the county it was still active. Who knows.
