We have chosen our names, in memory of my father
This is the one thing that makes me feel so good - that this little latke will be named after my father.
My father's name was Yale, so if it's a girl, she will be named Yael, and if it's a boy, Yotam.
Both Israeli names, to recognize my husband's Israeli heritage as well...

That is such a thoughtful and sweet thing to do in memory of someone who I am sure you will miss deeply...Just know he is looking down on you and taking amazing care of that little baby in your belly!

I am sorry for your loss. I was named after my grandfather Antonio who died one month before I was born. My mom named me Antonella in his honor, and I always felt close to him. You baby will love their name and will feel a connection to your father.

absolutely beautiful! I love choosing names with meaning. Our boy's name has intentional meaning, and it came to a surprise to us that our girl's name turns out to be meaningful as well!
