We just put in an offer on a condo!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 2/9
I'm so nervous! Now we just have to wait....
I don't want to say too much about it yet, but it's in nassau and exactly what we want!! 
UPDATE 2/9
It seems like there were several offers so the RE Agent wants to know the highest price we will go... it doesn't look good for us b/c we don't want to go much higher than we offered.  We faxed our offer back to her and she is going to sit down with the sellers tonight to go over everything. We'll see what happens.
UPDATE #2
Things are looking a little better... one of the other offers fell through... we should know soon!

That is so exciting for you!! I can't believe how fast you move! I'm jealous we have been looking for a few months and probably won't actually make any moves till the spring. Best of luck on your offer!!!

Thank you! We've actually been looking since September and thought we would have to wait another year since everything is so expensive and in pretty bad shape, but we found something and fell in love with it. Hopefully it works out! Good luck to you too.
