I am so sorry to hear this happened. My sister got pregnant after her mis before she even got her period. She did not think she was ovulating yet. She had a healthy child who is now 12. Hang in there. I had a mis 4 years ago but did not try to get pregnant till now.

Im so sorry that you had to go through this...how far a long were you...sometimes these things happen at very early stages and it doesn't affect your future chances to conceive or carry the pregnancy to full term...hang in there...its tough but you will get through it
I was just 9 weeks..
When I found out we were pregnant a week later I started to bleed...my progest level was so low they put me on progest supp and on bed rest for over 2 weeks everything was fine after the 2 weeks. Dr said baby doubled in size heart beat was 170 and everything was ok. I was taken off bed rest and then I don't know what happened a week later started bleeding..I went to the hospital they said the baby was still there ..then 8 hours later in the hospital they said sorry it had no heartbeat. It is so strange because it was going so well, finally.

oh sweetie I am so sorry for your loss I know that this is hard for you right now and I wish that I could tell you that it gets better but I have not found that out just yet...I too have suffered a huge loss. I think that before you should try again you need to heal a little and it also depends on how far along you were I was 17 weeks when I lost my second baby and the Dr told me to wait 4-6 months minimum because your levels need to come back to normal and your body needs to heal first. If you were in your first trimester I think that starting again shouldn't take too long ask your Dr when it would be OK to go again...plus to make things better you are most fertile after a M/C or atleast that is what I am told good luck...

Im so sorry for your loss. It hurts so bad. I had two losses and a chemical PG before finally having my son. One late term loss and it never gets easier for me to hear someone else has had a loss as well.
Time does lessen the pain.
Praying for you to have a happy healthy PG and Baby very soon!

edited to add: before becoming pregnant with my DS, i suffered a miscarriage at 13 weeks and had to have a D&C. We waited 2 months before TTC again and on the 2nd try we were pregnant with my son.. it was a very healthy and generally easy pregnancy. I hope the very same for you and that you are back on this board soon

I am so sorry for your loss. Do not be afraid to mourn your loss. It is a loss. There are several of us on the parenting board who have been through a miscarriage and now have beautiful babies. Do not lose hope. If you need to talk we are all here.

Im sorry.. my friend just went through the same a few months ago. her doctor told her to wait 3 months then she could start again.. She did and now is pregnant again and due in oct. I wish you and your DH all the best.
