Is there a website where you can use house style as one of your search criteria? So you could type in colonial, ranch etc?

You can do that on Listingbook. It's a free site, but you need a realtor to sign you up. If you don't know what it is, it's like an interactive MLS -- you can mark your favorites, make notes about the property. Plus, Listingbook will send you a daily report with new listings that match your criteria, and any relevant updates (such as price changes).

Oh, I didn't know you could do it on there. I do have an account. I guess I never fully explored all the options!

Yup! In your home finder criteria, there is a "property style" section, and you can click "must have" " like to have" or "don't want" for the various styles of houses. Hope this helps!
