It all looks GREAT. I plan on doing something similar next year. DH & I laugh b/c we say we are going to have to grow our own fruits & vegetables from now on instead of buying them to save on groceries.
But you are right.....nothing beats a homegrown tomato!
I just have a question..............how are you going to prevent animals from eating them??? Because this will be my main concern when I do this.

So far, so good - we have 3 bunnies that visit our yard and virtually no squirrels (we only have one tree on our property so I assume they stay away b/c of lack of hiding spots).
If/when we encounter a pest problem, we plan on putting up some chicken-coop fencing - or some other kind of comparable netting.

I was watching Gardening By the Yard on HGTV (love love love Paul James)
OMG...I LOVE him! He's hilarious!!! I make sure I have his shows DVR'd AND TiVo'd!!!
They've been repeating his shows over the past few weeks which makes me ! He has years and years of shows, how can you repeat the same one from just a few weeks ago?
I met him at the Hofstra spring flower show, and he was so patient and nice when I had a camera malfunction. Put his arm around me and grinned that silly grin of his. I was estatic. He is so funny and nice and at ease in front of people. I wish he'd do an online blog or something.
