Started at 134, at almost 38 weeks, 162lbs. So, that is about 28 lbs.
I gained 42 lbs w/DD, so I guess I should be grateful.

At my 20 week visit I had gained 2lbs. Now I am 22 weeks and I think I have gained another 2 making it 4lbs so far.

What's wrong with doctors these days? 12 or 14 lbs at 20+ weeks is not a helluva lot. Not like we can control our cravings when our body is making a baby!

i'm 5'2 and started off at 135...at 23 weeks i'm pushing 160  it's all the crap i stuff my face with, i'm seriously maxing out my license to EAT!

true, but because im petite he had said in the very beginning that he only wanted me to gain 15-20 the whole pregnancy which is a little ridiculous
I also think that because i gained 5 lbs in august so that was why he wanted me to "watch it"
however, the 5lbs. i gained were the 3 weeks DH was in the hospital and i was sleeping there and eating chocolate covered pretzels LOL

I'm 14 and half weeks and I haven't gained anything so far, I Haven't had m/s either. Is this normal or should I be trying to eat a lot more? I'm starting to get worried and I dont go to doctor til next week!

I won't worry about it if you haven't gain at all in the first trimester.
I've heard some who don't gain until they are in their 3rd trimester. As long as you're eating well and the baby is progressing well you'll be fine.
Good luck at the doctor's visit!

I'm at 25 weeks and have gained 21 lbs so far! At 4'11, 21 lbs is about 1/5 of my body weight! :P
Feeling like a fat cow now 'cus I've always been skinny my entire life. :(
I was not ""skinny" to begin with, but I try not to feel like a "Fat cow" on my bad days.
Its for the baby, you will lose it afterwards.
