Weight loss journey
who has helped you with this weight loss journey. dh supports me so much. not matter what the scale says, he says he loves me just the way i am. my dear friends lvdolphins and luvsbob4603 is a big help. me e-mail each other daily about our day...the good and bad. lvdolphins and i e-mail each other throughout the day. since i can't go on the net during the day, we check in to see how our day is going

I'll have to say you and lvdolphins are a big help, Yes Dh can be a big help, But i really give credit to you gail and azoodie!! Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this Journey!

The one person that helped me get started and keeps me going is of course the fabulous Mrs. Kim   I am so lucky that I not only have Kim but my friend Lisa (who is also my next door neighbor). The 3 of us keep up with each other through e-mail and they are an unbelievable support system   We are there for each other day in and day and every Saturday morning at ww! We even have a clothing swap going but poor Lisa doesn't make out too well on her end 
Second is of course DH. He is EXTREMELY supportive of me and my efforts. He never brings my trigger foods in the house, he eats all of the healthy meals I cook him (and cooks them for me in return!) and never complains about eating at Proportion Cafe or Subway every week He always puts my needs first because he knows how difficult it is and I appreciate it beyond words.
Other than that I would say this board is really a great source of motivation and positivity for me! It's so great communicating with people that have the same struggles
Oh and last but not least my dog - he never complains when I want to take him for a nice, long walk

You my friend are the #1 answer to this question!!!!
Also, Luvsbob, Azoodie, and everyone else on this board.
Also have to give tons of Kudos to my father and sister (nancy6485) for meeting me at the track and walking/running w/me...well..I walk..LOL.
DH has been supportive as well. He understands that I now want to SPLIT desserts. When we go out, 1/2 of it comes home for the next day. It's such a nice feeling leaving a restaurantnot all

I know it is a constant love fest with me and Azad but she motivates me every day to keep going and fighting this fight. She is such an inspiration to me and her determination is contagious. She is a drill sergeant though people. Don't let that sweet smile fool you! I have also adopted Azad's neighbor and she is such great WW buddy as well. As I am writing this I am realizing what an awesome amount of support I do have. All my friends, family and of course DH. DH is with me and cheering me on every step of the way. I am so blessed to have such amazing and true friends that only want the best for me. Thank you for this post Gail...just made my night.
