Weight Watchers.. I have a question about milk.
How do you get in two servings? What does two servings mean? Is 1 cup of skim one serving or two servings?

1 cup of milk is 2 pts. it's not about servings, its about pts. i use fat free cheese for breakfast. you can get the shakes they sell.
ETA...wait...are you talking about flex or core?

i am talking about flex. you have to get at least 2 milks a day. is that 1 cup of skim and a shake?
