Weight Watchers question
I need to start WW again. I can't find my book and I can't afford to start WW yet, so I was wondering if anyone can give me the breakdown on the weights and amount of points you're suppose to have per day. Also, if you can give me the breastfeeding points as well.

Current Weight POINTS Target Less than 150 pounds 20 150 - 174 pounds 22 175 - 199 pounds 24 200 - 224 pounds 26 225 - 249 pounds 28 250 - 274 pounds 30 275 - 299 pounds 31 300 - 324 pounds 32 325 - 349 pounds 33 More than 350 pounds 34
I have no idea about the breast feeding though!! HTH

Nobody knows the breastfeeding points? From what I remember is it an extra 10 points per day?

Following the Flex Plan? Nursing mothers following the Flex Plan have a higher daily POINTS Target to ensure a safe rate of weight loss; consult the chart below to find yours. At the present time, this higher POINTS Target can't be tracked using the tools on WeightWatchers.com, so you may wish to keep an additional written or mental log in order to track the extra 10 POINTS values (above the standard non-nursing amount) you'll be allowed each day.
