Weight Watchers Questions
Can someone give me a brief breakdown about Activity Points? I joined weight watchers online yesterday and I am not too clear about how the activity points work. Also, do they have a plan manager for the Blackberry phones?

They do have a plan manager for BB 'S 
Activity points are supposed to be used day of from my understanding (or are ideally used day of  ) so if you earn 4 pts you can eat 4 extra points. Some people don't use them all--I sometimes do--and sometimes count them on other days  dont think thats ideal though.

You earn them daily for activiity, they get tacked onto your weekly flex points sort of. They dont dip into earned activity points though unless youve used up all of your flex points for the week.

there's no app but there is a mobile site. I think it's something to the effect of mobile.weightwatchers.com.
I have it on my droid book marked.

Yep - I second this This is how the iPhone app tracks them.
